    South Asian men and women face measurably worse health outcomes across the UK — in fertility, in heart disease, in diabetes — not because of our biology, but because the research, the guidelines, and the resources were not built with us in mind.

    I have PMOS (formerly PCOS) and endometriosis. I had one NHS IVF cycle. The negative test came on my 29th birthday. Between cycles, I read everything I could find about South Asian bodies and fertility, and found how little of it reached the clinic, or reached us.
